We are looking for a creative, strategic, and driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all social media activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Analyze metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and optimize based on data. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (optional depending on role). Track competitors and industry influencers to identify opportunities. Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Role & responsibilities Create high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial interior design projects. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, space plans, elevations, and working drawings. Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand project concepts and convert them into visual and technical representations. Apply materials, lighting, textures, and environmental effects to 3D renders for realistic presentations. Revise designs based on feedback and client requirements. Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and design language. Required Skills: Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong understanding of space planning, design proportions, and detailing. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong visualization capabilities. Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
