Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo ERP Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role at Target Integration, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Odoo's framework, database management, and custom module development, along with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop custom Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript. Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) Develop and optimize Odoo backend and frontend components. Perform Odoo database management, migrations, and integrations with third-party applications via APIs and web services. Analyze business workflows, gather requirements, and propose technical solutions. Debug and troubleshoot Odoo performance issues, implementing optimizations as needed. Deploy and manage Odoo instances on cloud and on-premise environments. Provide technical training to end-users and support teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, security standards, and version control (Git). Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions. Strong Python development skills with experience in Odoo ORM, QWeb, and custom module development. Expertise in PostgreSQL, database optimization, and query performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Odoo's web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS). Proficiency in RESTful API development and third-party system integrations. Solid understanding of business process workflows in ERP systems. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment. Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning in Odoo. Strong knowledge of Linux-based server environments and shell scripting. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Odoo Enterprise and Community Editions. Contributions to Odoo open-source projects or custom module development. Knowledge of AI/ML integration within Odoo ERP. Experience with multi-company and multi-currency setups in Odoo.
