Job Description

Responsible for overall Operational Area Viz . Administration, Purchase, Liaison , Security , HR Preparation of business plan and yearly budget. Generate Standard operating procedure. Yearly spare planning. Monthly and quarterly review of production. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Ensuring safety of all employees by safe working practices Achievement of production efficiencies with optimum cost.. Liaison with various functions and suppliers to meet needs of production requirements. Roll pass design for establishment of new sizes and products to meet customer requirements. Ensuring quality standards followed and customer satisfaction exceeded. Ensure input material management and follow up with other agencies. Implementation of Continual improvement project activity in production function. Implementation and monitoring of various quality tools. Conduct development projects and various trials to for improvement activities. KPI study, data collection, analysis and delegation to the team. Support and guidance to team achieve the KPI target. Motivating the team for the ideas and suggestion for the process improvement. CAPEX project study and approval. Augmentation projects. EBITDA projects opportunity identification and gain study. Improvement KPI selection and assigning / assisting team.(Furnace Oil consumption) TQM and Deming award related Drives. Budget -Threshold / Target and Stretch production limits / Costing / and Monitoring. Fixed cost and variable cost budgeting, Monitoring. Data analysis and decision making support.
