Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to oversee integration projects within the Higher Education domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in programming, API management, and data integration, along with leadership skills to guide teams through end-to-end integration processes. While prior experience with Ellucian Banner is preferred, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Lead integration efforts across projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to enable system interoperability. Oversee ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Provide technical guidance on responsive web development using ReactJS and modern web design principles. Ensure security best practices, including implementing SAML, OAuth, and JWT protocols for server communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver integration solutions. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git and Jenkins to streamline development and deployment. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and mentor team members in debugging and automated testing processes. Qualifications 8+ years in integration projects, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs for seamless integrations. Expertise in CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks. Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including iterative deployment, continuous integration, and ongoing maintenance Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capability to manage cross-team dependencies effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Education domain, particularly Higher Education Familiarity with Ellucian Banner tools and functionalities.
