You'll be working with the
Research and Development
team. This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to build products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) , e^Port (Charging connector), e^Plug (Charging connector) and e^pump (charging station) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.Exponent's philosophy: Break. Believe. Build. There's no playbook for disruption. The only way to create a radical future is to continuously break, believe and build You have to BREAK stuff, assumptions and the thumb rule. You have to BELIEVE in the process, in the team and through failures. You have to BUILD fast & passionately and build to simplify. We are seeking a hands-on powertrain Integration Engineer with expertise in EV powertrain systems, especially in motor and controller integration. What powertrain means at Exponent:
- Deep understanding of motor systems for EVs
- Hands on experience tuning and working with motor controllers
