Integration Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Integration Developer with hands-on experience in various integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions, with exposure to application support, incident management, and service delivery across diverse technology stacks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions across a range of platforms, including but not limited to Azure Integration Services, Informatica, MuleSoft, or custom integration products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Monitor and support integration services in production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with support and operations teams. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, and support runbooks. Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting for integration services to proactively identify and address issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in integration architecture, development, and support processes. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in integration development using platforms such as Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management), Informatica, MuleSoft, or other enterprise-grade integration technologies. Strong understanding of API design principles and various data exchange formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Exposure to ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus. Experience with database integration concepts, particularly with modern data platforms like Snowflake, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
