Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Integration Specialist to lead and manage integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems.This role demands hands-on experience with Integration Hub, custom connectors, and deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.You’ll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs
Develop and maintain custom connectors using Integration Hub
Configure and monitor ServiceNow MID Servers
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols
Collaborate with ITOM teams on Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery
Ensure platform security, manage update sets, and maintain integration documentation
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience
Proficiency in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms
Strong experience with SAP integration (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs)
Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture and platform security

Preferred Skills

Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configuration and monitoring
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration
Basic understanding of SAP modules and data structures
ServiceNow CSA or Integration Hub Specialist Certification
