SAHANA INFORMATION Job Description Function Family Level Production & Manufacturing Mobility N/A Job titlesJob TitleBusiness TitleILS/LSA EngineerEngineer-ILS/LSAGeneral Description The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) Engineer will be responsible for the planning and execution of all ILS/LSA elements during system specification, design, production, deployment, maintenance and retirement. Situation in organization HierarchicalFunctional Activities MissionsOccurrence and KPI PilotDecompose customer requirements pertaining to ILS subjects for each projects.Compliance with the objectives of the OTD ILS indicators. EstablishSupport bids, proposals, bid responses and estimating work packages for ILS activities.Compliance with the objectives of the Delivery requirement ILS and documentary indicators. PilotDefine the maintenance policy and LSA analysis to determine which support system will be the most effective all over the life of product. Identify preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for each project. Perform Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Total Cost Ownership (TCO) analysis. Perform maintainability and availability prediction, maintenance task analysis with 3D model, and supportability on the product to justify time of maintenance tasks. Calculate initial consignment stock. Coordinate the realization of the maintenance manual. QCD monitoring. SupportWork closely with Services and Customer Quality to help develop maintenance/support strategy, increase availabilty, minimize life cycle cost (LCC) and support closure of field service issues through the perspective of improving the design. AssistSales, Project, Tech lead, Service, and other engineering professionals. Qualifications / Experience required Academic background : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Mech/Aero/Ele) Experience : >2 years Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) or Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) domain experience, with product life cycle experience. Knowledge of reliability, familiarity with electrical/electronic skills. Working knowledge of MIL-STD, MIL-HDBKs, ASD 3000L related to ILS is an added advantage. Good verbal and presentation skills.
