Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to insurance policies. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer complaints and concerns. Identify cross-selling opportunities for various insurance products such as health, motor, general, life, etc. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers over phone calls. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO or call center environment. Strong knowledge of general insurance sales, health insurance sales, life insurance advisory services. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
