Utilize various insurance co. portals to generate quotations for vehicle, travel, health, home, & life insurance.Assist in managing retail product claims.Update sales data, quotations, renewals etc.Act as a liaison between vendors & internal teams. Required Candidate profile Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., MS Excel, CRM platforms) to manage sales operations efficiently.Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders.
