• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and adjust plans for higher efficiency.

• Train new agents and ensure ongoing team development.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
