This role requires a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and an ability to build relationships with customers. You will assist potential clients by educating them on insurance offerings, helping them select the right policies, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities : • Sell Hero Insurance products (motor and health insurance) to potential customers over the phone. • Educate clients about insurance products, benefits, coverage options, and pricing. • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers. • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance policies based on customer needs and preferences. • Maintain a thorough understanding of Hero Insurance products to offer tailored recommendations. • Follow up with leads, track sales progress, and ensure timely closing of sales. • Provide post-sale support to customers, assisting with the onboarding process and addressing any concerns. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as sales quotas, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize sales processes Qualifications : • Previous experience in insurance sales (motor insurance or health insurance background preferred). • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • In-depth knowledge of motor or health insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
