We are seeking a professional from the General Insurance (GI) industry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to support customer retention initiatives through strategic planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving retention metrics and enhancing the customer journey. Responsibilities: Support retention through effective business strategy and data-driven analysis. Benchmark industry retention conversion rates, processes, and online platforms by gathering information from internal and external sources. Interact with business and retention teams to identify opportunities and drive retention performance. Strengthen existing retention processes and design new, improved ones for greater efficiency and customer impact. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop seamless interfaces across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal journey. Continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey to boost engagement and retention. Design and implement Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate internal teams and enhance performance. Contribute to any other activities related to retention products and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the general insurance industry.
