Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Representative. The responsibilities include assisting customers in understanding and selecting insurance policies, providing expert advice on insurance-related queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Insurance Representative will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and a solid understanding of insurance products
• Experience in the insurance or finance sector, with knowledge of financial planning and risk management
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client inquiries effectively and build rapport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using insurance platforms or CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
