Role Overview: You will be a Java, Spring, portal developer with 6 to 8 years of experience, supporting applications including technology stack such as Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular, and AWS. You must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift - India Shift, US Shift) and provide On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting applications, enhancements, conducting testing, managing deployments, performing root cause analysis, defect fixes, designing, building, and supporting the Business Objects environment and services. Key Responsibilities: - Support portal developer for applications using Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular, and AWS - Work in rotational shifts (India Shift, US Shift) and provide On Call Support - Maintain and support applications, conduct testing, manage deployments, and perform root cause analysis & defect fixes - Design, build, and support the Business Objects environment and services - Troubleshoot Business Objects report performance issues and raise SAP cases as needed - Collaborate with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services - Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and writing skills to engage with stakeholders - Understand ITIL v3/v4 processes and best practices in software development - Manage middleware applications with various interfaces, including Guidewire system - Design, modify, and implement changes to existing applications built in Java, Spring boot, and Hibernate Qualification Required: - Deep understanding of Java, Angular, Hibernate, implementation, architecture, and components - Experience in Java, Angular, Hibernate, Spring boot, and AWS - Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Strong knowledge of SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Familiarity with Tomcat or WebSphere/WebLogic - Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in Property & Casualty - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior client-facing experience - Proficiency with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-U, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins Certification: - ITIL certification (Good to have) - ONE, CFA, AWS Note: The additional details of the company have been omitted as they are not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description.,
