We are seeking a results‑driven Insurance Executive to acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales targets for life, health, motor, or general insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through cold calls, referrals, and networking; qualify leads efficiently.
- Explain insurance plans clearly, conduct needs analysis, and recommend suitable policies.
- Prepare and submit proposals, calculate premiums, and complete documentation accurately.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance in the CRM.
- Provide after‑sales service: policy renewals, claim assistance, and grievance resolution.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, regulations, and market trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
