Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an back end job based in Gurgaon. The advisor will be responsible for assessing and analyzing risk factors, evaluating insurance applications. Additional responsibilities include compiling accurate reports, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize underwriting processes. The role involves attention to detail, data analysis, and effective decision-making to support business objectives.

• Strong Analytical and Risk Assessment skills with the ability to evaluate financial documents and insurance data
• Attention to detail, accurate decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of insurance principles, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and familiarity with industry software and financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in underwriting or insurance roles is preferred
