As a customer service representative at our dealership, your primary responsibility will be to greet, receive, and serve customers with a smile. You will always maintain a groomed appearance and be in uniform to present a professional image to our customers. One of your key tasks will be to conduct joint inspections with customers on their vehicles and obtain their signatures on the inventory sheet or job card once the inspection is complete. It is essential to ensure that all customer contact details, such as phone number, email address, residence address, and vehicle number, are accurately recorded on the job card. Based on the vehicle's service history, you will be expected to provide customers with the right advice and recommendations. This includes offering a reasonable initial estimate of service costs and assisting customers with insurance assessments, claim processes, and other paperwork requirements. You will need to coordinate closely with the Job Controller for service after receiving approval from the insurance company and the customer on the service estimate. It is also your responsibility to inform customers about any additional jobs, associated costs, and proceed only after obtaining prior approval or supplementary insurance assessment. Ensuring that all customer-demanded jobs are completed on time and within the estimated cost, while maintaining the highest quality of body repair and paint finish, is crucial. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, resolve queries effectively, and achieve set business targets for parts selling, labour billing, VAS, tyres, batteries, ATW, and RSA. Additionally, you will be required to attend a minimum number of customers or cars per day as per dealership norms and achieve set quality targets in terms of complaint incidence, PSF score, and Zero repeat repair. It is important to ensure body shop to service conversion for all vehicles that are due for service. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts. Performance bonuses are available based on your achievements. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of total work experience and must be willing to work in person at our location.,
