Job Description

Role: Installation: Setting up and connecting instruments and control systems to equipment and processes. Maintenance: Regularly inspecting, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on instruments and systems. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with instruments and control systems to ensure optimal performance. Repair: Repairing or replacing faulty instruments and components. Calibration: Ensuring instruments and systems are accurately calibrated to meet process requirements. Documentation: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, calibrations, and repairs. Compliance: Ensuring instruments and systems meet regulatory and safety standards. Collaboration: Working with engineers, process technicians, and other plant personnel to ensure smooth operations. Skills Required: Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as instrumentation and control technologies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other plant personnel. Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
