Instrumentation Engineer

As an Instrumentation Engineer, your role will involve designing, installing, and maintaining instrumentation systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement and control systems within the operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation systems for various applications. - Installing, calibrating, and maintaining instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshooting and resolving instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. - Utilizing vast knowledge in Automation (PLC, SCADA, and HMI) for system integration. - Developing and maintaining documentation for instrumentation systems, such as schematics, calibration records, and maintenance procedures. - Collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate instrumentation systems with broader control systems and processes. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in instrumentation engineering. - Providing technical support and training to staff on instrumentation systems and procedures. You should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a chemical plant or thermal power plant. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Your skills should include proven experience as an Instrumentation Engineer or similar role, a strong knowledge of instrumentation systems (sensors, transmitters, and control systems), experience with calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment, familiarity with industry standards and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts, and the work location is in person. Benefits include Provident Fund.
