Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer Work Location: Bangalore, India Education: B.E / B.Tech Experience: 3+ Years of Experience Job Description: 3+ years of experience in instrumentation design and drafting, preferably in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Power industries. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), EPLAN, AVEVA Instrumentation, or similar tools. Develop instrumentation design and drafting deliverables such as instrument layouts, cable tray routing, hook-up drawings, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and panel layouts. Prepare P&ID markups for instrumentation and control systems. Prepare P&ID markups for instrumentation and control systems. Design and route instrument cable trays, conduits, and wiring in compliance with project and industry standards. Collaborate with engineers and other discipline designers to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems. Perform instrument take-offs, cable schedules, and JB schedules. Work with vendors to incorporate instrumentation details into project drawings. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISA, IEC, and NEC.
