Job Description 1. Installation Calibration of Online Sensors: Install online sensors for monitoring various parameters (such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc.) in real-time processes. Calibrate online sensors as per the manufacturers guidelines and industry standards to ensure accurate data readings. Routine Maintenance Inspection: 2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of online sensors to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Clean and maintain sensor components to prevent fouling and ensure accurate measurements. Troubleshooting and Repairs: 3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with online sensors, including signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or component failures. Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components such as sensors, cables, or transmitters. Sensor Validation and Testing: 4. Validate sensor accuracy by performing tests and comparing results with laboratory instruments or other calibration standards. Ensure sensors are providing real-time, reliable data for the control system or monitoring applications.
