Job Title : Instructor / Technical Assistant – Foundry Technology Employment Type : Full-time Location: Coimbatore Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering / Automobile Engineering Experience: 0 – 8 years Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Instructor / Technical Assistant in Foundry Technology to support the practical and instructional needs of our diploma-level programs. Key Responsibilities: Assist faculty in conducting practical sessions related to Foundry Technology including pattern making, moulding, melting, and casting. Operate and maintain foundry lab equipment (furnaces, testing machines, moulding tools) and provide technical guidance to students during lab exercises and projects. Prepare and manage the lab records, logbooks, and inventory of foundry equipment. Assist faculty in organizing technical workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions and ensure safety procedures are strictly followed in the foundry lab. Support Lab classes APPLY @ https://psgsonscharities.freshteam.com/jobs Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Foundry Technology / Automobile Engineering Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering / Automobile Engineering (Full time) with First class from a recognized institution. 0–8 years of relevant experience in a technical or instructional role. Knowledge of foundry operations including moulding, core making, metal melting, and casting processes Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to guide and support students effectively.
