• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content.
• Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of training programs.
• Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning materials.
• Ensure instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and clear, concise writing.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and learners.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 4-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role.
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate training environment.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
• Certification in instructional design or related fields.
