Job PurposeSupport the creation and development of effective e-learning scripts, storyboards, SCORM packages, and PowerPoint presentations.Assist in developing e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments that provide engaging learner experiences.Contribute to the creation of online training manuals and related digital learning resources for academic and corporate clients. B. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules, storyboards, and other learning assets.Apply instructional design theories and practices to design learner-centric content.Develop high-quality e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments within defined timelines.Review and update existing content for accuracy, structure, and engagement.Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure quality standards are met.Contribute to quality assurance of learning assets to align with project and client guidelines.Collaborate with peers in both virtual and offline team environments to ensure smooth delivery.Provide regular progress updates to reporting managers and escalate issues where required. C. Work Experience2+ years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning content development. D. Mandatory SkillsProficiency in PowerPoint Presentations (experience in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 is an added advantage)Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.Ability to design interactive, learner-focused e-learning content aligned with project needs.Knowledge of instructional design theories, models, and practices.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.Effective collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.Basic project coordination abilities to support the manager in achieving team deliverables.Ability to review, proofread, and ensure consistency and accuracy in storyboards and scripts. E. Other RequirementsPrior experience in the EdTech sector will be an advantage.Experience in teaching, training, or academic writing will be considered beneficial.Flexibility to work on multiple academic disciplines and meet strict timelines. F. Academic QualificationGraduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably from a reputed university/institution.Certification in Instructional Design/eLearning tools (optional but desirable).
