Job Description

Position Purpose: The Instructional Design Specialist should be passionate about training and skills development. They will be responsible for managing all the phases of a learning project - analysis, design, development, implementation & evaluation. They will be responsible for planning and managing course development and design, including but not limited to development of web-based learning content, video scripting and storyboarding, managing content revisions and versioning, creating and maintaining quick reference guides and performing all necessary testing to ensure training materials are integrated into SAP learning management system. People with experience of working in the BFSI domain will be preferred. Primary Responsibilities: Course Design and Assessment Work with subject matter experts, and use competency ratings, surveys and performance ratings to identify target audience's training needs Design online training courses or restructure the existing content, following the principles of instructional design, with logical flow of learning module, activities, quiz and assessments and engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learning and retention. Develop, revise and manage eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning and virtual training curricula development of training modules, ensuring they are free of copyright violation. Visualize and create instructional graphics, slide decks, trainer guides/notes, handouts, workbooks, scripts, videos, animation videos etc and other instructional material that are aligned with the delivery methodology (online, classroom etc) Deliver classroom or blended learning modules whenever required Write, format and proof-read instructional text, and audio and video scripts to ensure high level of consistency and quality Design, develop and conduct assessments such as tests or quizzes, scenarios etc. to measure the learning and on the job transfer of learning, based on KPIs Online Modules/ E Learning Create question banks and design quizs, assessment questions. Convert PPT and videos to SCORM packages using conversion tools and upload training modules, videos on the website/portal Track online and classroom trainings enrolments, update attendance, collect employee and trainer feedback and generate insightful reports. Address queries about learning program, assign and approve requests
