Institutional Sales

Core responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients.
• Business development: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
• Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Product/service expertise: Understand client needs to propose and sell tailored products or services, such as investment portfolios, software, or equipment.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients.
• Market analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Supporting activities

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as finance, operations, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Client support: Address client concerns and ensure high service levels to foster customer loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
