Key Responsibilities

Health Monitoring & Management

Conduct routine health checks, screenings, and assessments for employees/students.
Monitor overall workplace/institutional hygiene and sanitation standards.
Identify potential health risks and recommend preventive measures.
Maintain accurate medical records and health documentation.

Emergency Care & First Aid

Provide first-aid support during medical emergencies.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services when needed.
Prepare and implement emergency response protocols.

Health Awareness & Training

Conduct health awareness programs, workshops, and safety training sessions.
Educate employees/students on hygiene, wellness, disease prevention, and nutrition.
Support vaccination drives and health camps.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the institution complies with government health regulations.
Support audits, inspections, and reporting as required.
Maintain medical supplies, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with HR, administration, and safety teams to improve health standards.
Report health-related issues to management and suggest corrective actions.
