Institute Training Manager

Job Description

The Institute Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of training programs to ensure high-quality education and skill development. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Development & Management Design, develop, and update data science courses based on industry trends (Python, R, Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, Deep Learning, etc.). Ensure training content aligns with industry certifications and global best practices. Collaborate with data scientists and industry experts to enhance course materials. Implement blended learning methods (classroom, online, hands-on projects). Evaluate training effectiveness through student performance, feedback, and assessment metrics. 2. Trainer & Faculty Management Recruit, hire, and manage qualified data science trainers and mentors. Provide training and development opportunities for faculty members. Monitor trainer performance and ensure they use effective teaching methodologies. 3. Student & Learner Support Oversee student enrollment, onboarding, and learning progress tracking. Address student queries and provide career guidance in data science. Ensure students receive hands-on experience through real-world projects, case studies, and hackathons. 4. Technology & Infrastructure Management Ensure labs, computing resources, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and AI tools meet training requirements. Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Data Science and AI and recommend upgrades. 5. Placement & Career Development Coordinate with out internal recruitment teams to ensure high placement rates for students. Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career planning. Organize career fairs and networking events for data science job opportunities. 6. Quality Assurance & Compliance Maintain high-quality training standards aligned with accreditation bodies. Track and analyze student success rates, feedback, and training improvements. Ensure compliance with educational and data privacy regulations. Manage training budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Data Science, AI, ML, Big Data, and Cloud Computing. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in curriculum design and instructional methodologies. Leadership and faculty management skills. Knowledge of LMS, online training tools, and virtual labs. Strong industry networking and placement support capabilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
