Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bavla, Ahmedabad, for a Project Coordinator . The Project Coordinator will facilitate and oversee project planning, execution, and support supervision of health, nutrition, and sanitation activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring the alignment of projects with the organisation's goals. Essential Responsibilities (Project Jeevan Setu) Coordinate and implement project activities related to health, nutrition, WASH, and wellbeing across assigned villages. Mobilise community members, women, and adolescents, and facilitate regular awareness sessions and village-level events. Support convergence with government frontline workers (AWW, ASHA, ANM) and block-level stakeholders to strengthen service delivery. Ensure timely data collection, documentation, and reporting of field activities as per project requirements. Provide on-ground supervision, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of planned interventions. Qualifications Master’s degree in public administration, social work, development studies, or a related field Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset 2–3 years of experience with NGOs, government agencies Interested candidates may send his/her CV through email at careers@isdrr.org
