Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Madurai South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve business growth. Additional day-to-day tasks include market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales initiatives. Qualifications Strong business acumen and experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in client relationship management and maintaining existing accounts Ability to conduct thorough market research and interpret market trends Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in relevant software and tools Previous experience in the fintech or payment industry is a plus
