Job Description

  • Job Title: Technical Executive – Home Automation

  • Location: Ahmedabad

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Reports To: Project Manager / Regional Head

  • Role & Responsibilities

  • -Installation and setup of home automation devices (smart switches, sensors, lights, voice assistants, etc.)

  • -Perform basic wiring and configuration of smart devices.

  • -Troubleshoot device connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, app integration, etc.).

  • -Provide on-site technical support to customers during setup and installation.

  • -Ensure proper functioning of devices and customer satisfaction post-installation.

  • -Maintain installation checklists, service records, and documentation.


  • Requirements

  • -Prior experience in home automation or electrical work preferred.

  • -Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and mobile apps.

  • -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • -Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.

  • -Should have own tools (preferred).

  • -Willingness to travel locally for installations and support.
