Installation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Engineer Elevator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators, escalators, and related systems. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission elevators, escalators, and lifts according to project specifications and safety regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals. Assemble, align, and connect mechanical and electrical components. Perform wiring, programming, and testing of elevator systems. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and local codes. Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion. Maintain detailed records of installations, tests, and service reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians when required. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field . 7-15 years of experience in elevator or escalator installation. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, traction, and machine-room-less (MRL) elevators . Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings . Familiarity with elevator control systems, safety protocols, and local regulations . Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel and work at various job sites.
