Job Description

As an Insight & Performance Manager within bp’s FBT Customer team, you will own the development and delivery of actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation.You will collaborate across functions—Customer Excellence, Customer Operations, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and more—to ensure data-driven performance management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy & Analysis. Build and implement frameworks to analyze customer, operational, and market data.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that advise leadership decisions and performance reviews.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into business actions.
  • Present findings to senior collaborators and support planning.
  • Team Enablement. Mentor technical product owners and data leads
  • Compose job descriptions and role profiles to align with evolving business needs.
  • Governance & Transformation
  • Support FBT wide initiatives by demonstrating analytics and feedback loops.
  • Contribute to post-go-live governance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Setting up data governance and business control strategy
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ yrs of proven track record in data analytics, performance management, or customer insights.
  • Functional experience with Salesforce and SAP platform data
  • Experience in project management, collaborator engagement, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills.
  • Experience with agile teams and digital transformation is a plus.
  • Growth & Impact. Influence bp’s customer strategy through data.
  • Drive measurable improvements in service delivery and operational performance
