Job Description

- Work Days & Timing: 6 days ( 2nd & 3rd Saturday Off & 9:30 AM -6:30 PM) Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out actively and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities : - Reaching out to prospective clients through cold calls, email outreach, or inbound lead follow-up to initiate conversations. - Asking probing questions to assess a prospect's needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential fit for the company's product or service. - Understanding the customer's challenges and how the company's solution can address them. - Establishing a positive connection with potential clients by actively listening and demonstrating genuine interest. - Collecting detailed information about the prospect's business operations, current processes, and competitor landscape. - Articulating how the company's product or service can solve the customer's specific problems. - Handing off qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members for further discussions and potential closing. - Accurately logging call details, notes, and lead information within the company's CRM system. Job Requirements: - Excellent communication skills: ability to engage in active listening, ask insightful questions, and clearly convey information. - Strong sales acumen: understanding the sales process, objection handling techniques, and closing strategies. - Customer focus: prioritizing the customer's needs and building genuine relationships. - Research skills: Gathering relevant information about potential clients before making contact - Time management: effectively managing a high volume of calls and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. - Technical proficiency: familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
