Inside Sales

Responsibilities Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods and qualifying leads to find new sales opportunities. Customer engagement: Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other digital channels to build relationships and address their questions. Product knowledge and demonstrations: Staying updated on product features and benefits to explain and demonstrate them clearly to customers. Sales and closing: Working towards sales targets by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Customer relationship management: Maintaining a database of customer interactions and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting: Tracking sales activities, pipeline, and performance, and potentially creating reports or presentations on sales data.  Key skills Communication: The ability to clearly and persuasively communicate information, listen actively, and build rapport with customers. Negotiation: Skills to effectively discuss and agree upon terms, pricing, and contracts. Product knowledge: A deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors. CRM and digital tools: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital tools used for managing leads, tracking sales, and communicating with customers. Time management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage a schedule, and work efficiently in a target-driven environment. Problem-solving: The ability to address customer objections, resolve complaints, and find creative solutions. Resilience: The capacity to stay motivated and persistent despite setbacks.
