As a Cuemath Admissions Counselor, you hold a crucial position in our team, driving sales by engaging with potential parents, comprehending their requirements, matching them with suitable tutors, and effectively presenting the unique value proposition offered by Cuemath. We seek individuals who are not merely seeking employment but are enthusiastic about influencing and transforming the educational journey of children positively. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers via calls to evaluate students" math learning needs, identifying the most suitable solution from Cuemath's range of offerings, addressing parents" queries and concerns, showcasing in-depth product knowledge to differentiate Cuemath from competitors, surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring professionalism and exceptional customer service in all interactions, analyzing sales data for strategic insights, creatively handling objections from potential clients, acquiring new problem-solving skills, and setting and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should possess three or more years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills, a track record of achieving sales targets consistently, a keen understanding of customer requirements, proficiency in basic computer operations, goal-oriented mindset, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
