Job Title: Inside Sales Trainer
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from office)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Trainer responsible for training, coaching, and improving the performance of our inside sales team. The role involves onboarding new joiners, conducting regular refresher trainings, call audits, and continuously working to improve sales conversion and communication quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding & product training for new inside sales hiresDesign and deliver training modules on sales pitch, objection handling, soft skills & CRM usageMonitor daily call performance & conduct regular call auditsOrganize mock calls, role-plays & feedback sessions to improve conversionTrack training effectiveness & share improvements with managementCollaborate with sales managers to understand performance gaps and update training content accordinglyMaintain training reports, performance trackers, and MISDevelop refresher training sessions based on call analysis & market feedback

Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in inside sales training / telesales coaching / sales enablementStrong communication, presentation & people management skillsExperience in improving sales metrics through structured trainingHands-on experience in call monitoring, sales pitch correction & feedback deliveryFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales processesAbility to motivate and groom sales teams

Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferredExperience in BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, SaaS, or Consumer Sales industry is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
