Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives / Education Counsellors.

Conduct daily performance huddles and weekly target reviews.

2. Train the team on communication, consultative selling, and objection handling tailored to working professionals.

3. Identify gaps in sales pitch, follow-up strategy, or market positioning. Suggest improvements in call scripts, brochures, and digital sales journeys.

Leverage automation tools (email workflows, WhatsApp CRM, etc.) for better engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (MBA preferred).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech

3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

4. Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.

5. Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous, and objection-handling skills.

6. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. High level of ownership, self-motivation, and result orientation.

8. Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added

advantage.

Working Days & Timings

● Immediate joining is preferred.

● Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
