Job Description Job Title: - Inside Sales – Team Lead/Manager Location:- Bangalore (Onsite) Job Summary: The Inside Sales – Team Lead is responsible for leading and directing a sales pod to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives. This individual will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and manage the sales process to ensure the timely and effective closing of deals. The Team Lead will also be responsible for forecasting sales targets, developing and managing budgets, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and manage sales budgets, including forecasting sales targets and tracking performance against targets. Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling role in the EdTech industry (Preference - Product Management). Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ability to manage budgets and develop sales forecasts. Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self motivation. What's in it for you?
