Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of admission counselors to achieve their goals. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to drive team success. Guide and Support Offer personalized guidance to prospective M.Tech students interested in VLSI. Be their go-to person for all questions and provide tailored solutions. Admissions Process Management Oversee and streamline the M.Tech VLSI admissions process to ensure high conversion rates. Provide timely assistance and ensure smooth handling of student queries. Application Process Assistance Support your team in helping students with application materials , offering valuable feedback, and keeping them on track . Informative Sessions & Webinars Lead and oversee engaging sessions, presentations, and webinars to provide insights into the M.Tech VLSI program. Database Management Ensure accurate tracking and management of prospective students through the admissions pipeline. Maintain a detailed database of student progress and provide updates to leadership. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor team performance, provide actionable insights to management, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes. Cross-Department Collaboration Work alongside other department heads to align recruitment strategies with the companys broader goals and vision. Qualifications: Educational Background: B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics or B.Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I/ETC or a related field. Experience: 3 to 6 years in admissions counseling, with at least 1 year of leadership experience (preferably in higher education institutions like IIT/IIM ). Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of the M.Tech admissions process , especially in the VLSI domain . Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a team, with excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills the ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM softwar e and other relevant tools for managing admissions. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions. Why Futurense?
