Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Strategist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals via cold calls or online channels.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable Skill Intern programs.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹1,50,000.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Track sales activities and report performance to the manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Selection & Employment Details

• Selection Process: HR Interview Round
• Training Period: First 10 days (unpaid)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Package for Fresher’s: ₹2,20,000 per annum
• Probation Period: 3 Months (Mandatory)
• Attendance & Consistency:
• Maintain at least 90% consistency during probation to secure full-time employment.
• Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹220,000.00 per year
