Inside Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe).
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (SEO, SMM, Outreach, GBP optimization).
• Conduct sales calls and online meetings when required.
• Prepare proposals, share pricing, and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain high conversion consistency.
• Update lead status, notes, and communication in CRM (Zoho CRM or similar).
• Coordinate with the delivery teams for onboarding and project initiation.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or digital marketing sales.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to confidently handle international clients.
• Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, outreach, and social media.
• Good negotiation skills and structured follow-up approach.
• Experience with CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or SaaS sales environment.
• Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet client consultations.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and close deals regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
