Inside Sales Executive

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential corporate clients across industries.

• Present and pitch our

  corporate wellness offerings

  (e.g., health checkups, wellness camps, seminars, etc.).
• 
  
• Understand client needs, qualify leads, and set up appointments for the Field Sales team.
• 
  
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, call notes, and meeting schedules.
• 
  
• Follow up with leads through calls/emails to ensure high conversion of scheduled meetings.
• 
  
• Work closely with the FOS team to ensure smooth handover and feedback collection.
• 
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and appointments fixed.
• 
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• 
  
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• 
  
• Ability to quickly grasp service offerings and explain them effectively.
• 
  
• Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
• 
  
• Experience using CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
• 
  

• Bachelordegree in any discipline.
• 
  
• 13 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
•
