Job Description

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of high-quality prospects. As a manager, you will oversee the inside sales team and act as a strategic partner, focusing on long-term sales strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: Communication & Coordination: Regularly communicate with schools, internal teams, and trainers to schedule, track progress, and confirm details related to the School Cinema program and other initiatives. Program Management: Ensure the smooth execution of the School Cinema program, School Cinema International Film Festival (SCIFF), TAISI, and any other ongoing or new initiatives by organizing, scheduling, and facilitating activities. Onboarding & Welcome Communication: After onboarding a new school, send welcome emails, introduce the program, and set clear expectations regarding the schools involvement. Pre-Session Communication: Send pre-session emails to schools, including trainer profiles and relevant details to prepare them for upcoming professional development sessions. Post-Session Follow-Up: Follow up with schools after professional development sessions to provide any necessary information or outline next steps. Data Collection & Onboarding Support: Collect necessary onboarding data from schools, such as contact information, student and teacher details, and other relevant information. Logistics & Scheduling: Communicate with schools to confirm the best dates for installing School Cinema content (e.g., via pen drives or other media) and ensure timely delivery. Material Dispatch Confirmation: Confirm receipt of dispatched materials, such as School Cinema kits or other content, by schools. CRM Support: Assist the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in onboarding students and teachers, ensuring a seamless process. Feedback Collection: Ensure teachers complete and submit feedback forms to assess the effectiveness of the program. Additionally, distribute surveys to gather feedback on the programs implementation. School Visits: Visit schools when required for in-person support and engagement or Demo. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of relevant management experience.
