We enable hotels to convert their data into high-performing demand through better visibility, optimized content, and expert account management. --- ### *Role Overview:* We’re looking for a driven *Inside Sales Specialist* to join our Punjab-based team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to hotels, explaining our value proposition, and onboarding new clients who want to grow their bookings through OTAs. This is an *on-site role*, ideal for professionals from Punjab or those looking to return to their hometown to build a meaningful career. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct outbound calls to hotel owners, GMs, and decision-makers to pitch our services * Explain how Revenue Boosters helps hotels grow their OTA revenue and improve online presence * Follow up with interested leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule * Maintain lead details and call records using Excel and internal tools * Coordinate with onboarding and account teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale * Consistently meet monthly acquisition targets --- ### *Ideal Candidate:* * 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client acquisition (hospitality or OTA experience is a bonus) * Fluent in *Punjabi, Hindi, and English* — able to build trust quickly over the phone * Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills * Comfortable using Excel and basic computer tools for lead tracking and reporting * Looking to build a long-term career in hospitality, sales, or travel tech --- ### *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary + attractive performance-based incentives * Training on OTAs and hotel growth strategies * Clear growth path into account management and business development roles * Supportive team culture with a strong focus on ownership and execution Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): How many days of Notice Period do you have?
