Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify and qualify leads.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of activity, including prospecting and pipeline management.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with prospects to understand requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure account satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and manage expectations professionally.

Sales Process Execution

  • Deliver product demos or presentations (virtual or phone-based).
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms under company guidelines to close deals.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM systems with accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to improve conversion rates and identify new sales opportunities.
