Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at CADD Centre Thiruvalla, located in Thiruvalla taluk. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and following up on leads to drive enrollments and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Education

• MBA/BBA/Btech (any stream)
