Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Inside Sales Job Type: Full-time About Us: Ayodhya Infra Equipment is India's first and largest digital marketplace for used construction equipment, machinery and commercial vehicle. As a marketplace, Ayodhya infra is providing a one stop solution for buyers to connect and purchase used construction equipment and commercial vehicle from our stockyard. Job Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting * Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calling, emails, and social media outreach. * Maintain a strong pipeline of leads to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 3. Sales Process Execution * Work closely with outside sales or business development teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities. * Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and follow-ups to close deals. 4. CRM Management & Reporting * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales metrics and lead performance. 5. Market & Product Knowledge * Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and market trends. * Understand competitor offerings and be able to position the company’s products effectively. Qualifications: * 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills: * Experience in pre owned Construction equipment and commercial vehicles field.
