Role: Business Development Associate 📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site) 🕒 Experience: 1–3 years 💼 Type: Full-time What You’ll Do: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Work with both provided and self-sourced databases to build a high-quality sales pipeline Book discovery calls and product demos for the Business Development team Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) updated with all lead activity Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversion Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events Research prospects to personalize outreach and improve engagement Report weekly KPIs: calls made, meetings booked, emails sent, etc. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development ✅ Excellent communication skills—written and verbal ✅ Confidence in cold calling and handling objections ✅ Understanding of SaaS, IT services, or compliance is a plus ✅ Familiarity with CRMs and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc. ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ✅ Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented Nice to Have: ⭐ Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance ⭐ Prior experience in audit, compliance, or tech sales ⭐ Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership What You’ll Get: 💰 Fixed salary as per industry standards 📈 Fast-track career path to Inside Sales Manager / Account Executive 🛠️ Access to premium tools, resources, and certifications 🌎 Work with a high-impact team serving clients across North America and India 🚀 Be part of a modern, high-growth startup redefining the compliance space 📩 Interested?
